Payment is due once the therapist arrives, before the service begins. Once the payment has been received, the therapist will begin to set up the equipment.

Please account for up to 20 minutes of set up time and up to 20 minutes of take down time. The therapist will arrive at the time booked. Service time is separate from set up and take down time. For example: a 90 minute massage scheduled for 7:00pm would start at 7:20pm, end at 8:50pm, and the therapist would be packed up and gone by 9:10pm at the latest.
